Joomla core assistance

This is not a strictly programming question, but so far I found lots of
answers on this portal so I will risk my first subject:)
Is there anyone able to spent some insignificant time with me on
gtalk/mail/whatever to help me in getting deeper into cores of Joomla cms,
as well in Jquery structure (drupal accepted as well :) ). I'm the one who
gets more clear answers while in some further conversation than from
reading docs, though I used to do it whole life. I used to write mmo's in
c++/directx sdk/socks which is MY area, but I need some deep point of view
on that mess all around the WWW technology. Simply, I need someone who can
tell me whether yes or not to use some coding-attempt before I start,
cause on the other side I have not much time for digging tons of blind
answers, and after that finding myself choosing wrong way. (got no time
for error learning curve)
Then, If anyone is able to brighten me gladly in MVC and Javascript scope
rules (for now), I'll be glad getting some closer contact. (It's simply
too many simple, but reasonably obvious questions that I cannot explain to
myself. In the same time there are not quite good for forums, cause they
are matter of seconds and they are already dead on many many topics
already)
