Remote Procedure Call Failed to NT Server

I'm having an annoying issue that is happening on all devices that I have
recently set up using a newly created WDS image The image is of Windows 7
Enterprise and the problem occurs whenever I try to view the shares of a
specific server that is running NT (by going to \Servername).
I receive the error: "You might not have permission to use this network
resource. contact the administrator the remote procedure call failed"
Note that this happens when logged in as a domain administrator, the
target server can be accessed on other devices flashed with older images.
Fixes that I have attempted already include: - Restarting the RPC and
Remote Desktop services - changed reg keys in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa 3 - ensuring
netbios is sent over IP
Any help would be much appreciated
